RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
ARCTIC LIGHTING & ELECTRIC, LLC
1. RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Electrical tools must be unopened and unused
- Proof of purchase is required
- Custom orders and services are non-returnable
2. RETURN PROCESS
Contact customer service at (509) 533-9350 to initiate a return. You will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and prepaid return label for eligible items.
3. REFUNDS
Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receiving returned merchandise. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
4. EXCHANGES
Defective items may be exchanged for identical replacements within the warranty period. Contact us for exchange authorization.
5. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange replacement at no charge.

- Opened electrical tools
- Installed products
- Custom/special order items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
7. WARRANTY CLAIMS
