โฑ๏ธ 1. Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1โ2 business days (MondayโFriday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day. During peak seasons or promotional events, processing may take up to 3 business days. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
๐ฆ 2. Shipping Methods & Rates
We ship only within the United States via trusted carriers: USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and dimensions.

๐ 3. Free Shipping
We offer free Standard Ground shipping on all orders over $50.00 within the contiguous United States. Free shipping applies to prepaid orders only and does not cover express services. Oversized or heavy items (over 50 lbs) may require a freight surcharge even if the order total exceeds $50.

Customers in the Yakima Valley and surrounding areas can choose Local Pickup at checkout at no charge. Pickup is available at our showroom:

๐ Orders are typically ready for pickup within 24 hours during business hours.

๐ Please bring a valid ID and your order confirmation email.
โ ๏ธ 5. Shipping Restrictions
Due to carrier regulations and safety standards, the following restrictions apply:

๐ Hazardous Electrical Components: Certain items containing lithium batteries, compressed gases, or high-voltage capacitors may be restricted to Ground shipping only and cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, or PO Boxes.

๐ Oversized Items: Products exceeding 50 lbs or 48 inches in any dimension may require freight delivery (LTL). You will be contacted within 1 business day to schedule delivery and confirm any additional freight fees.

๐ฎ PO Boxes: We ship to PO Boxes via USPS only. Large or heavy items requiring UPS/FedEx must be sent to a physical street address.

๐ International Shipping: We do not offer international shipping. All orders are delivered within the United States only.
๐ 6. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and carrier information. You can also track your order by logging into your Arctic Lighting account and visiting the Order History page. Please allow 24โ48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.
๐ก๏ธ 7. Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
๐ฅ Damaged in Transit: If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at (509) 533-9350 or via email. We will file a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.
โ Lost Packages: If your tracking number shows no movement for 7+ days or indicates delivery but you have not received the package, contact us immediately. We will investigate with the carrier. Claims must be filed within 30 days of the original shipment date.
๐ฆ Missing Items: If your order arrives incomplete, please notify us within 5 business days with your order number and photos of the package contents. We will ship missing items at no additional cost.
๐ฌ 8. Delivery Issues & Address Changes
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. Arctic Lighting is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses. If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, refusal, or failure to pick up from a carrier facility, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees.
๐ 9. Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unused, uninstalled items in original packaging. Electrical components that have been wired, powered, or modified are not eligible for return due to safety regulations. Please review our full Return & Refund Policy for details.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item was defective or shipped in error. For defective items, we will provide a prepaid return label.
