1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS
By accessing or using the Arctic Lighting website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. PRODUCTS AND SERVICES
We strive to display our products and their colors as accurately as possible. We do not warrant that product descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors. Payment must be received before shipment.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping terms are specified in our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. We are not responsible for delays beyond our control.

5. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Unused items in original packaging may be returned within 30 days. Electrical tools must be unopened. Custom orders and services are non-refundable. See our full Shipping Policy for details.

6. WARRANTIES
Product warranties are specified in our Warranty Policy. EXCEPT AS EXPRESSLY PROVIDED, ALL PRODUCTS ARE SOLD "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ARCTIC LIGHTING SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR SERVICES.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Yakima County, Washington.
